Riassunto - Gli Autori descrivono Albanodirus trezzii n. gen. n. sp. (Coleoptera Cholevidae Leptodirinae) della Grotta dei Monti Didja e Hali Salites (Oroshi, N-Albania). Vengono inoltre chiarite le affinità del nuovo taxon con il genere Leptodirus Schmidt, 1832, discusse la validità di alcuni caratteri e l'importanza zoogeografica del nuovo ritrovamento.
Abstract - Albanodirus trezzii new genus and new species of Leptodirinae from North-Albania (Coleoptera, Cholevidae). Albanodirus (new genus) trezzii n. sp. (Coleoptera, Cholevidae) is described from Cave of Mount Didja and Hali Salites (Oroshi, N-Albania). The systematic position of this genus related to the genus Leptodints Schmidt, 1832 is discussed; furthemore some characters phylogenetically informative, and the zoogeographic interest of the discovery, are made evident.
