Riassunto – Viene proposto un aggiornamento al 30 settembre 2021 delle segnalazioni di Istrice (Hystrix cristata L., 1758) in provincia di Brescia (Lombardia, Italia settentrionale). Dopo la prima osservazione del 2011 in località Castelletto di Leno (Bollin & Leo, 2013), la specie presenta un notevole incremento del numero delle segnalazioni che si è verificato a partire dal dicembre 2017.

Abstract – Crested Porcupine (Hystrix cristata L., 1758) sightings in the province of Brescia (Northern Italy): an update. The following is an update to September 2021 about the Crested porcupine (Hystrix cristata) sightings in the province of Brescia (Lombardy, Northern Italy). After the first record in 2011 (Bollin & Leo, 2013), the number of records has largely increased starting from december 2017.
