ANALISI STATISTICA DELLE PISOLITI
DEL «BUCO DEL CASTELLO» (1309 Lo-BG)

Riassunto - All'interno del Buco del Castello (Lombardia, Italia) sono state trovate alcune vaschette con un altissimo numero di pisoliti di varia dimensione, che sono state tutte campionate. L'analisi statistica ha rivelato come vi sia sempre una relazione diretta tra le dimensioni minime delle pisoliti ed il grado di turbolenza all'interno della stessa vaschetta. Inoltre è stato evidenziato come esista una proporzionalità inversa tra il numero delle pisoliti e la loro superficie esterna.
Abstract - During the exploration of the «Buco del Castello» cave (Lombardia, Italy) several cups with inside a very large number of cave pearls have been found. All these pearls have been tacken off. The statistical analyses showed that there is always a direct relation between the minimum diameter of the pearls and the degree of water turbolence inside each cup. Moreover it has been pointed out that an inverse proportion probably has to exist between the number of the pearls and their external surface.
